Monica is a chef, scientific, entrepreneur and mother, She works to connect food-making with anthropology, taste, habits, culture, sound, visual arts and space.
Her permanent exploration into a gastronomy that goes beyond the palate and works collaboratively with artists from a variety of disciplines to further her work.


A circular economy food project founded and led by Monica which aims to reconnect and empower people back to food by creating a visible-process food shop and a Café with a seasonal, regional and circular approach.
